Have you been wanting to try yoga but did not know where to begin?
Join Deana in July for a 4 week series on Tuesdays from 10:30-11:30am beginning July 2nd, $30 - 4 classes.
These classes will cover meditation, calming breath work, yoga philosophy, and the basic beginner yoga poses.
